Every two years, Resthaven partners with Holleran, a third party organization, to conduct an Employee and Resident Satisfaction Survey for the Care Center.
This year, Resthaven Care Center was delighted to receiver Holleran’s Highest Honors, scoring in the top 10% of Resident Satisfaction surveys for Holleran across the nation. We are so thankful for our residents and family members for the kind remarks that earned Resthaven this high praise.
“You just don’t receive feedback from residents and families without dedicated, caring, and hard working staff. I’m so proud to be a part of this team and this accomplishment!” said Tiffany Ziemba, Administrator of Resthaven Care Center.
The individual results of the survey are confidential and Resthaven received scores in aggregate. We were able to have access to the comments. Some of the kind words we received included:
• “I am confident that mother is being well cared for and loved for who she is.”
• “I have already recommended Resthaven to several people. They are very good and are on top of things. Resthaven is wonderful and I hope when I need a place I will go there.”
• “I like the fact that they treat my loved one with dignity.”
• “I love listening to the way the staff interact and respond to the residents, I have not heard negative interactions.”
