Resthaven is honored to be named one of this year’s “West Michigan’s Best and Brightest Companies to Work For.” Resthaven was selected from a competitive pool of companies to be named the “best and brightest” in the large company category.

In order to be selected, Resthaven was nominated, submitted a self-assessment detailing our employee programs, and underwent evaluation from employee surveys.
The employee surveys were conducted by an independent research firm who evaluates each company’s entry based on key measures in various categories. They include Compensation, Benefits, Employee Enrichment, Retention, Employee Education and Development, Diversity and Inclusion,Work-Life Balance, Community Initiatives and Strategic Company Performance.
