This dedicated group of community volunteers helps ensure we continue to meet the needs of older adults in our community—and that we do so with transparency and appropriate stewardship of resources.
Bob Carlson, Treasurer
is retired after having spent 34 years in the banking business and the last 9 years as executive director for the Reformed Church in America Church Growth Fund.
Hannah Clark, MSN, APRN, FNP-BC, NCMP
is a family nurse practitioner at the Women’s Specialty Care office of Holland Hospital.
Doug DeLeeuw, Board Chair
is a retired Human Resources executive with Global HR Operations leadership experience.
Leroy Hernandez
is the Executive Director of the Macatawa Resource Center. He has served in leadership roles with Community Action House, the Holland Hispanic Task Force, the City of Holland Housing Commission, and Holland Hospital.
Terry Hofmeyer
is a third-generation resident of Resthaven and joins Resthaven’s Board of Trustees as a Resident Representative.
Linda Howell
is Corporate Counsel for Kent County. She has served on the boards of Kandu Industries and the Ottawa Shores Humane Society.
Barb Kleinheksel
is a retired dental assistant from a local office.
John Parker
is VP of Project Development at EV Construction. He has served on boards including the Grand Rapids Children’s Museum and Fearless Family of Churches, and is co-author of Become Unmistakable.
Tom Riekse, Jr.
is Managing Director of LTCI Partners, a national distributor focused exclusively on long-term care planning.
