Zeeland area, we have created a convenient Standing Beside You wallet card for people over the age of 60. We suggest that we call the phone number on this card when you:
• Check into the hospital or the
emergency room.
• Are in need of home care or
medical rehabilitation.
• Need help making decisions
related to aging.
• Are thinking about further
assistance in your own home.
This card links you to the complimentary services of our Resthaven Nurse Care Manager. Our Nurse Care Manager will offer you a listening ear, expert advice, and all the wisdom of Resthaven. We'd be delighted to stand beside you and your family! |
