We expect all Resthaven employees to:

• Be passionate about serving and caring for the elderly.
• Strive to provide a level of service that exceeds the resident’s/client’s expectations.
• Display a friendly spirit, warm smile, and direct eye contact with everyone that you come in contact with.
• Understand that we are working in the resident’s/client’s home, thus we must be respectful in our communication and actions.
• Be comfortable developing relationships that will greatly impact both the resident/client and you!
• Be neatly groomed and attired.
• Be dedicated and dependable.
• Be comfortable with the fact that all of our facilities are non-smoking in order to provide our residents, visitors, volunteers, and employees with healthy living and working environments.
• Have fun and love your work!
