Becoming A Resident at The Warm Friend We encourage you to visit The Warm Friend family. Our Resident Services Manager Susan DeJong will welcome you with an informal tour and will encourage you to share your hopes and dreams for a new home. You are invited to join The Warm Friend family for dinner and to attend any of our special events. We encourage you to bring your friends and family as well. You’ll met an extraordinary group of residents, employees, and volunteers…and will probably have made many new friends and may even become reacquainted with some old friends.
